Smt. Rajeswari Pariti
Rajeswari Pariti, a celebrated Carnatic musician, originally hails from Andhra Pradesh, India. Her musical journey began under the guidance of her father, the late Sri Ayyagari Someswara Rao, who instilled in her a deep love for music. Coming from a family with a rich musical heritage, Smt. Pariti has dedicated over 54 years to both teaching and performing Carnatic music.
As a professional musician, she holds the esteemed title of an "A-grade artist" of All India Radio (AIR), showcasing her exceptional talent to a wide audience. Her expertise extends to both vocal and Veena performances, captivating audiences not only in India but also in the United States.
Smt. Pariti's dedication to her art is reflected in her academic accomplishments. She holds dual Master's degrees in Carnatic Music and Sociology. Her commitment to the promotion of Carnatic music and education is evident in her prior role as a faculty member at Telugu University, Hyderabad, where she guided students pursuing advanced degrees in Veena.

Rajeswari Pariti's musical journey has spanned across esteemed platforms and regions. She has captivated audiences through her performances for All India Radio, with listeners in Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, and Karnataka.
Recognized for her incredible talent, Smt. Pariti was invited by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) to be part of the prestigious Nada Neerajanam, showcasing her artistry on a grand scale. Her mastery of Ragam, Tanam, Pallavi (elaborate Carnatic Raga renditions in various rhythms), and her Manodharma (Carnatic improvisations) are a true delight for the discerning ear.
Beyond India, Smt. Pariti has graced prominent music organizations in North America, including the Cleveland Tyagaraja Aradhana, Chicago Tyagaraja Utsavam, and various others such as SAPNA (Chicago), CMANA (Atlanta), SIFA (California), ICMS (Chicago), and more. Her Veena performances and lecture demonstrations have left a lasting mark on these esteemed stages. Her artistry has been showcased on both Indian national television channels, such as Doordarshan, as well as international TV stations in the USA.
Smt. Pariti has also organized many musical performances with her students, including beautiful renditions of Tyagaraja's musical operas such as "Prahlada Bhakti Vijayam" and "Nauka Charitram." Her fusion compositions, blending Western, Hindustani, and Carnatic music, have garnered immense appreciation from North American audiences. Regularly participating in various music festivals, her students continue to shine and represent her musical legacy with pride.
